These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the oakashlounge.com website and your engagement of services provided by Oak & Ash (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a premium mobile cigar lounge rental business operating across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. By using our website, booking our services, or making purchases through our online shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Oak & Ash provides premium mobile cigar lounge rental services for private events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, golf tournaments, holiday parties, and private gatherings. Our services include mobile cigar lounge rental, live cigar rolling, cigar service and concierge, the Cigar and Whiskey Pairing Experience, and merchandise sales through our online shop.
All services are subject to availability, location, and the terms outlined in individual booking agreements.
All cigar services provided by Oak & Ash are restricted to individuals aged 21 and older. This includes access to our mobile cigar lounges, participation in cigar service, the Cigar and Whiskey Pairing Experience, and purchase of tobacco products and related accessories.
We verify the age of all participants at every event. Valid government-issued photo identification is required. Oak & Ash reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who cannot provide valid age verification.
All cigar sales and services comply with applicable federal, state, and local tobacco laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) regulations and state tobacco licensing requirements in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The event host or organizer is responsible for informing their guests of the 21+ age requirement prior to the event.
Cigars and all tobacco products are inherently hazardous to health. By engaging Oak & Ash services or purchasing tobacco products, you acknowledge the following:
Tobacco products contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. The use of cigars and tobacco products carries known health risks, including but not limited to cancer, respiratory disease, and cardiovascular disease. Oak & Ash is not responsible for any health effects resulting from the use of tobacco products provided at our events or purchased through our shop. Guests voluntarily choose to participate in cigar services and assume all risks associated with tobacco use. Pregnant women and individuals with respiratory conditions are advised to avoid tobacco smoke exposure.
The event host or organizer acknowledges that cigar smoking will occur at their event and accepts responsibility for informing guests of the presence of tobacco smoke.
Oak & Ash does not sell, serve, or distribute alcohol as a separate product or service. We do not hold a liquor license and do not operate as an alcohol retailer or distributor.
The Cigar and Whiskey Pairing Experience is an educational workshop in which complimentary whiskey and bourbon samples are provided free of charge as part of the experience. The samples are included in the package fee as part of the educational component and are not a beverage sale. The purpose is to educate guests on the art of pairing cigars with spirits.
Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages (BYOB) to enjoy during their time in the cigar lounge. Oak & Ash provides branded insulated tumblers and ice as a convenience. We do not provide, sell, or manage alcohol service beyond the complimentary educational samples included in applicable packages.
For events where the venue prefers to handle alcohol service, the event venue manages all alcohol under their existing liquor license. Oak & Ash has no involvement in the venue’s alcohol operations.
All guests participating in the Cigar and Whiskey Pairing Experience or consuming alcohol at Oak & Ash events must be 21 years of age or older.
All bookings are subject to a signed booking agreement that outlines the specific services, pricing, dates, and terms for your event. A deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount is specified in your booking agreement. The remaining balance is due according to the timeline specified in your booking agreement, typically due before the event date.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, and other methods as specified during booking. Pricing is based on the package selected, trailer choice, event duration, date, location, and any add-ons. All pricing is subject to change until a booking agreement is signed. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service radius and will be disclosed in your custom quote.
The following general terms apply. Specific timelines and terms are outlined in your individual booking agreement.
Cancellations with significant advance notice: Deposit refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations with shorter notice: Deposit applied as credit toward a future Oak & Ash event within 12 months. Last-minute cancellations: Deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted free of charge with advance notice, subject to date availability.
Weather-related cancellations: If severe weather makes the event unsafe or impossible, we work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
Oak & Ash reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), in which case the full deposit will be refunded.
The event host or organizer is responsible for ensuring the following: A flat, level surface of adequate size for the trailer (approximately 10 x 25 feet for the Grand Lounge, 8 x 22 feet for the Private Suite). Vehicle access for delivery and pickup of the trailer. Confirmation that the venue permits cigar smoking on the premises or in the designated area. Any necessary permits or permissions from the venue or local authorities for the event.
Oak & Ash will coordinate with the venue in advance to confirm logistics, placement, and timing. Oak & Ash is not responsible for any venue restrictions, permit denials, or local ordinances that prevent cigar smoking at the event location. If the event cannot proceed due to venue or regulatory issues not disclosed during booking, cancellation terms apply.
Oak & Ash carries general liability insurance and product liability insurance for all events.
By booking our services, the event host or organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Oak & Ash, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: The use of tobacco products by event guests. The consumption of alcohol by event guests (whether BYOB or venue-provided). Injuries or property damage occurring at the event, except where directly caused by the negligence of Oak & Ash. Any violation of local, state, or federal laws by event guests.
Oak & Ash’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific event booking. Guests participate in cigar services and the Cigar and Whiskey Pairing Experience at their own risk.
All content on the oakashlounge.com website, including text, images, graphics, logos, branding, and design elements, is the property of Oak & Ash and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Event photography taken by Oak & Ash or its contractors may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to the event. Clients may not use Oak & Ash branding, logos, or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Merchandise purchases through our WooCommerce shop are subject to these Terms and any additional terms displayed at checkout. All merchandise sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Custom-engraved and personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Oak & Ash is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Tobacco products sold through the shop or at events are subject to the age verification requirement (21+).
By accessing and using the oakashlounge.com website, you agree to the following: You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or systems connected to the website. You will not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the website without written permission. The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Oak & Ash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your engagement of Oak & Ash services shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation between the parties. If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation or arbitration in the state where the event was held or where Oak & Ash’s principal business is located. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
